Technical Support

Technical support for both ADAM and SMART are available from our telephone support line. The cost for technical support is $25.00 for each 10 minutes of support. Annual Technical Support Contracts can be purchased for:

Up to 5 hours: $500
Up to 10 hours: $950
Up to 15 hours: $1275
Up to 20 hours: $1500

Electronic Data Conversion Services

If you already have your data in an existing database or electronic format, EcoLogic Systems can import your data into the ADAM or SMART systems. Call EcoLogic Systems for a quote.

Data Entry Services

If your information is currently stored in hard copy reports, EcoLogic Systems offers data entry services. When entering the data from your existing hard copy reports, we will parse the data you provide into appropriate files and fields, enter the data and ship your system fully loaded.

Building Survey Services

EcoLogic Systems and our network of 16 environmental consulting firms throughout the United States can save you up to 50% on asbestos, lead-based paint and indoor air quality surveys. Using the ADAM Field Companion, your data is collected efficiently and accurately on a Tablet PC in the field, significantly reducing survey data collection and reporting time.

Once the surveys are completed, EcoLogic Systems can deliver your ADAM System with all of your data loaded for each building.
