• You’ll need a networked or local CD reader to install the software from.

• You’ll want a CD burner or access to removable or networked media to back-up your project data.
• The system was designed with Tablet or Laptop PC use intended.
• Due to the large number of numbers to enter in the software a numeric keypad is strongly recommended.
  

Multi-User Systems

The HVAC TABulator only runs in single user mode. You can however, combine data from multiple single users into a centralized system running at the office. This centralized system is also a single user system. This combination process requires the users of the various single user systems to EXPORT data from their laptops or tablets and to transmit it to the central system on disk, CD, through e-mail, or through some other network connection. The operator of the central system then IMPORTS the data. There is no “synchronization” feature. Data imported is simply ADDED to the existing data. Similarly, selective sets of data created on the central system can be EXPORTED and used for IMPORTING to a laptop or tablet PC for use in the field.
